Hobart
Hobart is one of Australia's oldest and most beautiful cities. It is situated on the River Derwent and has always been an important port city. When it was first founded in the early 1800's it served mostly as a fishing port, and the quaint suburb of Battery Point still contains many of the old fisherman cottages that they lived in. Hobart also has many other interesting parts and is best explored by a walking tour.
